Before making your purchase, please review our terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges.
Return of Damaged, Faulty or Wrongly Ordered Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we can arrange for the dispatch of a replacement at no additional cost to you. If you do not want a replacement, we will arrange for collection of the goods and issue you with a full product refund.
Should we inadvertently dispatch the wrong goods, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem, again at no additional cost to you. We will collect the goods and either send a replacement or provide you with a full refund.
If you order the wrong products and do not realise until delivery, please notify us and we will arrange to collect and deliver the correct products. In this case we will charge you for the additional carriage and will be happy to quote the required costs should this situation arise. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds and Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days after receipt without giving a reason. We will either make collection arrangements or you can return unused goods to us for a refund. Should we need to arrange for collection, a charge will be made to cover the carriage costs. Collection charges only apply to unwanted goods and not faulty goods. Please note that due to the nature of our chemical products, we cannot accept returns if the items have been opened and the security seal broken.

We hope you will be happy with our service, however if for any reason you are dissatisfied please Contact Us straight away so we can try to rectify the problem. We will contact you within, at most five days and give you a timescale for full resolution of your dispute.
